Google Ads is a form of pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, where advertisers are charged a fee per click (or impression) for their ads.
Google Ads are the text or image ads you often see at the top and right side of a Google search result page and a wider search network including Google's other products such as Gmail.
Google Ads is an effective form of marketing for driving relevant traffic to your business website and promoting sales. Effective because when done well, they target relevant audiences - people who are searching for products and services like the ones you offer, connecting them to your business and promoting sales.
There are multiple types of ads that can be set up including Search Ads, Local Service Ads, Display Ads and Google Shopping Ads.
We're here to make it easy for you by developing Google Ad strategies to suit your business needs and budget as well as providing personlised service your business can rely on.
Google is the most used search engine, receiving billions of searches per day. The Google Ads platform has been around for nearly two decades, providing authority in paid advertising.
If your website is not ranking organically for a market you want to engage with, Google Ads provides a means for you to promote to a relevant audience. Paid promotion/advertising such as Google Ad campaigns is also a way to reach a greater audience than your website is unable to achieve by itself.
For example if you provide accommodation services, you wouldn't just target a local market - after-all locals already have their own homes and residences to stay in... but what about travelers to your region, or people planning a holiday - how can you target them in a Google search? With effective Google Ad campaigns of course!
Our Google Ads campaign management packages are devised to suit a range of business needs and budget. We'll work with you to achieve results for your unique business and target audience needs.
The cost of this click depends on what keywords were searched and how much competition there is for the keywords. Some industries with a lot of competition require a greater budget to obtain optimal results.
We'll work with your business to develop an effective Google Ads strategy to suit your business as well as your budget.
In addition to our management fees, Google will charge your Google Ads account directly each month for the campaigns run.
We can set a daily budget or a campaign budget amount to suit.
For example if you have a monthly budget of $500 for a campaign. The budget can be divided by 30.4 days (because some months have 31 days), giving you a total daily budget of $16.44 for your campaign. This is an easy way to estimate your daily budget.
As a general guide we usually recommend starting with a Google Ads campaign budget between $10 and $50 per day for a small/medium business, to be run for a min of 6 months.
Please note, the lower the budget, the less clicks you'll receive and the less likely your ad will display prominently.
As data is acquired the budget can be adjusted and we'll discuss this along with any recommendations when we provide each monthly report.
Too often we've had clients come to us with their previous experience of Google Ads as being disappointing, not gaining results or costing too much.
After reviewing their campaigns, we've commonly noticed the ads are either targeting the wrong audience, focusing on irrelevant keywords or are not written in a way that inspires and engages clicks.
That's where personalised service matters.
With Digital Spice you'll be working with us directly one-on-one to obtain ultimate results for your business and your budget.
Your campaigns need to be managed and optimised regularly to ensure they work better over time and don't just get deflated amongst competition or a strategy that is no longer relevant or working well.
There's a lot of factors that influence ads - including keywords, negative keywords, bids, demographics and industry competition to name a few.
As part of our monthly management service, Digital Spice will monitor the performance of the ads to check the budget is adequate and make suggestions for improvements and change/add new campaigns where relevant.
